The number of players accepted for each division will be necessarily limited by team size.
To register for the 2017 season, please print the Registration Form (PDF) and mail it in with your payment OR complete your registration and payment online here.

Early Registration cheques may be post-dated to March 1, 2017. Cheques dated in 2016 will be cashed prior to Dec 31, 2016. NSF cheques are subject to a $25 administration charge. Please notify PMBA prior to March 1, 2017 if you wish to withdraw your registration to obtain a full refund. A $25 charge will apply to any player withdrawing after March 1 and before June 1, 2017. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2017.
A hat, shirt and photos are included in the registration cost.
To ensure proper fit and satisfy current safety standards, batting helmets will no longer be provided for any players. The PMBA requests that players supply their own helmet to guarantee a correct fit.
I/WE, the parents of the above named candidate for a position in Pelham Minor Baseball, hereby give my/our approval to participate in any and all PMBA activities. I/WE assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities: and I/WE do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless to PMBA, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons transporting my/our child to and from activities, for any claim arising out of an injury to my/our child, whether the result of negligence of for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance.
